Our cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage is centrally located just minutes from either downtown brookings or the beach! A perfect little getaway for one, two, or even a full family! The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with a queen size bed and a double bed. The yard is fully fenced. The lot is shared with the Fishing Cottage, the cottages are not connected and each cottage has its own fenced yard. We allow well behaved dogs. The Victorian Cottage has wifi and smart tv. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen or bbq. A bike path will take you to Harris Beach and Mill beach is a easy 1/2 mile walk. I am always available through the Airbnb application and respond within minutes The Cottage is close to pubs, eateries, grocery stores and only .5 mile walk to a nice public beach with picnic benches and bathrooms. From the cottage you can walk to all Brookings has to offer. Mill Beach is an easy .5 mile walk from the cottage.
