Where the Dreams Begin

Our Bach ( beach house ) has a very relaxing, homely feel to it, with lots of soul...I have decorated it with a lot of beach decor and photos of our special times there. It is a private beach front house located on the west coast of Northland, called Glinks Gully. We love the feel to our Bach and the absolute privacy that we have. Glinks Gully has a really laid back, relaxing, old fashioned look. You will find a lot of very old baches, untouched by time. Also some modern but mostly they old baches, there is no internet at Glinks Gully. The house is set back protected by a lot of trees, therefore the only wind that affects the decks is a direct westerly. There is 3 bedrooms upstairs plus another bedroom with a small deck downstairs, ( accessed from outside). We have a large deck in front of the whole house facing west, so sunsets here are totally amazing!!!! There is also another large deck out the back of the house, handy for when it’s too hot out the front. An outside private bath is around the corner of this deck, with sea views. There is a bathroom and toilet inside, plus a toilet outside and a hot shower beside the bath on the deck. If you enjoy relaxing on the deck watching the Tasman Sea with a wine, this is for you. Or fishing this is totally untouched with a bountiful amount of fish. The nearest shop only, is a dairy 10 minutes away in Te Koporu. Dargaville a small town is 20 minutes away with a supermarket, cafes, shops etc.
