Hvar, St. Grad, The Mediterranean Scent

The house is in Stari Grad town, on the island of Hvar, 2 hours far from Split by a ferry. The house is located at the beginning of the bay of Stari Grad surrounded by family villas. Although little, this house has the soul and warmth of a kind host. Due to the Mediterranean climate on the island of Hvar, you are welcome to take a long-term apartment rental during the winter months at a good monthly price. The space The apartment in my family house is absolutely private. It is on the first floor, has its own entrance and a large sunny terrace. It is fully equipped for 4 – 5 persons, suitable for families with children and couples. The interior has a modern furniture and decorations in Mediterranean style. There are 2 bedrooms, one with king bed, another with two separated beds and a sofa in the dinning room. The dining room, kitchen and the bathroom are fully and modern equipped, too. You are welcome to use the washing machine, dishwasher, air-condition, Wi-Fi, TV SAT, own parking place etc. The apartment is heated by the Swedish electric furnaces Glamox and the air contidion. Bed linens, towels, hair dryer, iron, paper towels, toilette paper and soap are included. You can also cook a food on the barbecue on the terrace. There is less then five minutes walk (200 m) from the house to the beautiful, warm sea and the main beach with pebbly and cliffs. The old town center and the ferry port are 15 minutes walk away (3 minutes by car) and the road passes through the deep shade of pine trees. There you can find a well supplied supermarket and other kind of shops. In the center of the town is vegetables and fish market, restaurants, cash machines, doctor, pharmacy etc. CHILDREN ARE VERY WELCOME • For our smallest guests we offer a baby-cot and a baby-chair. Children can have a fun on the swing and in the sand box in our enclosed garden. Guest access The apartment is absolutely private.
