Welcome to the Garden Rooms at Wayside set in the beautiful Lincolnshire village of Allington. Enjoy a peaceful stay in our quirky self-contained accommodation with industrial style features. It is well-equipped and offers everything you need for your stay. You are welcome to enjoy the one acre secluded garden with plenty of seating areas. You can dine outside if you wish on the patio next to a large pond. Or sit in the woodland area by the stream. We look forward to welcoming you soon. The space The Garden Rooms at Wayside is completely self-contained accommodation for two guests, away from the main house set in secluded gardens. The open plan kitchen and dining room are on the ground floor and has a york stone floor. There is a modern kitchen with built in electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle. The kitchen is equipped with essential kitchen equipment needed for your self-catering stay. We provide tea, freshly ground coffee with cafetiere, sugar and milk. There is salt, pepper and spray oil in the kitchen. Hand soap, washing up liquid, kitchen towel, antibacterial anti-viral spray, tea towel and hand towel are also provided. In the dining area there is a dining table and chairs, leather armchair and shelf for phone charging. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for guest use should this be required, in a separate part of the annexe. An iron and ironing board are provided. The accommodation has electric heating on both floors. The living area and bedroom are also open plan and on the first floor. Bright and modern with quirky features. This level has a solid wooden floor and electric heaters. The living area has a settee, coffee table, flat screen television. There is an industrial style shelving area and rail for clothes. The blinds in the Garden Rooms are blackout. The sleeping area has a double bed, bedding, with two pillows for each guest. Bedside cupboard with hairdryer and lamp. Large window overlooking the garden and pond. The en-suite shower room has a large modern shower, toilet, sink and towel radiator. Bath towels, hand towels and bath mat provided for guest use. Hand soap and toilet paper are also provided. The garden and pond are a real feature here and there is plenty of seating available. Picnic benches, benches, table and chairs for you to relax and enjoy the location. Guests are able to park on the drive right next to the accommodation. There is internet in the Airbnb but it is not the best. If amazing internet is a requirement our accommodation is probably not suitable for you. Guest access The annexe is totally for guest use. You are welcome to use any part of the garden. Although we may use the garden at times, the garden is large enough so as not to invade on your privacy. Other things to note Check in between 3pm and 6pm, but can be flexible with this if required. The property is cleaned in accordance with Airbnb's advanced cleaning protocol.
