Ideal for couples or longer stays. we are an Owner Operated Short Term Accommodation STA License No. ST-2019-0331 R1 The space guests will have their own privacy in their bright and sun filled suite with a direct access to the viewing deck with view of the lake. be prepared to wake up to a magnificent sunrise. the space is directly attached to our home, but has it’s own separate entrance accessible through the garden. just follow the brick path. the room has a plug in kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, and a coffee maker. due to our 25min distance from town, we encourage guest to bring snacks and pre-cooked meals. guests can have access to a BBQ located in the backyard. complimentary coffee and tea are available for guest to enjoy. due to the limitations in our electrical capacity we cannot accommodate any other cooking equipment in the space. strickly no indoor cooking allowed. Guest access backyard deck with water view. fire pit and muskoka chairs During your stay we like knowing our guests but at the same time giving them privacy. when weather permits, we love spending the night by the fire pit overlooking the waters of The Bay of Quinte while watching the stars. feel free to join! Other things to note unfortunately, for safety reason, we do not encourage swimming on the water as the waves can be choppy and the shores are rocky. we have one spectacular sunrise though! so wake up early, brew a cup of java and you might just be able to keep the sunshine in your pocket. the County has limited garbage collection so we recycle. we encourage our guest to help keep recyclables out of the landfill. we kindly ask that our guests use the appropriate bins for their refuse. the property is surrounded by mature trees, bushes, and other forms of life live there. expect to encounter chipmunks, squirrel, red foxes, rabbits, as well as birds and insects. one advise from the County paper, "You won’t find all the comforts and convenience of the city when you’re living in the County, but that’s the whole point of staying" Registration Details STA License No. ST-2019-0331 R1
