A lovely, stylish apartment with a spacious balcony for 6 people with sea view, jacuzzi and sauna to enjoy your well-deserved holiday together! Air conditioning (cold, warm and dehumidification) is available in every bedroom and living room. Furthermore, our apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, combi microwave and much more. From the private terrace of the apartment complex you can go swimming directly in the sea (swimming ladder). There is also an outdoor shower. The space A wonderfully light and sunny (morning sun) apartment of 90 m2 + a balcony of 17 m2 directly on the Mediterranean Sea. Very occasionally you can see dolphins swimming in the sea from the balcony. A moment like this always gives us goosebumps. Our apartment has been completely renovated in 2020/2021, so everything is new and fresh. The bedrooms are equipped with quality mattresses from the Dormity brand and are 200 cm long. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (cooling, heating and dehumidification). There are 2 bathrooms. One 'normal' bathroom adjacent to 2 bedrooms (ensuite) with a shower, double sink and toilet. And one 'wellness' bathroom with a jacuzzi for 2 people and an infrared sauna (max. 37 degrees) from Physiotherm, also for 2 people. In this sauna you hardly sweat, but the heat radiates directly to your back and muscles, which is very relaxing. This bathroom also has a shower. From the kitchen you have a view of the sea, the balcony, the living room and the dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, combi microwave oven, an induction plate and a fairly quiet extractor hood (brand Pando). Dishes, cutlery, glasses, pans, cooking utensils and the like are provided. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine combination with dryer, a drying rack (in Spain the laundry is sometimes dry within half an hour), ironing board and iron. Tourist license : HUTT 060203 Guest access The apartment complex is located next to the lighthouse, where there is a nice park with some play equipment and a walking path along the coast (camí de Ronda). There is an unloading and loading zone in front of the main entrance of the building and 100 meters further down the street you can park for free in a parking lot. Other things to note In general, 4G internet (wi-fi) is available, due to limited network capacity, the speed is sometimes a bit disappointing. Before the beginning of summer 2022, we have been promised that a fiber optic cable will be installed to our apartment complex. The nearest supermarkets, other shops and cozy bars and restaurants (>1000 m) are generally open mainly in the summer season. You can have meals delivered at home. Parties are not allowed. Also, do not turn on the music loudly (while the windows or balcony door are open).
