Thank you for your interest in my apartment that I call "Horizon View Condo" because it has a wonderful view from the 37th floor of the Magnificent Horizons 101 tower on General Maxilom Avenue. The condo floor area is 60sqm (645 sqft) so there is plenty of room. There are two separate bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other a double. There is also a folding single bed. And also travel baby cot/crib. There are two bathrooms, one being en-suite to the master bedroom. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and an iron. There is a large sumptuous lounge and kitchen and dining areas. The lounge and both bedrooms all have air conditioning. You'll find all the bedsheets and towels and toiletries and supplies to help you to settle in. The hot and cold water showers are super-wonderful. I have provided excellent kitchen facilities with a variety of ways to cook, oven with grill, hot plates, microwave, toaster, rice cooker. And all the utensils you need! When you see there is even a corkscrew provided, you know I'm looking after you. I supply some toiletry and basic kitchen supplies. Also drinking water. These supplies are intended to cover your basic needs on arrival until you are able to obtain your own preferred supplies from shops which are in easy walking distance. If you see my photos you'll notice I have tried to show everything. No close up shots of a plate of food or a single vase. No. You want to see everything. You want to see the detail. You want to be sure it completely suits your needs. The apartment benefits from its city center location, close to shops, restaurants and the many varied night life locations. Guest access Owner's agent will be present for your arrival and departure. Meet the agent at Reception of tower 1 of Horizons 101. Tower 1 is behind 'Figaro Coffee Shop' Important. It is your responsibility to coordinate with the agent about the time of checkout. The agent will be there at the time you specify to receive the keys. Keys must not be left in the condo or with anyone other that the agent. You will have the entire apartment to yourself. No parking is provided. Paid parking is often available by request to Admin/Reception/Security. Official photo id of all registered occupants is required soon after booking for the purpose of security. The building reception require copies of ID many days in advance of arrival. This is the security rule to gain access into the building and is not our own requirement. If any occupant is not pre-registered with security there is a strong possibility that access could be refused by the Building Security staff. Advanced communication is vital to make sure you are registered well in advance of your arrival. Only the primary person, the one who made the booking can accept keys therefore no other occupant may arrive in advance, without prior arrangement. Similarly on departure the primary person will return keys and all occupants must checkout. A set of keys (up to a maximum of 4) can only be provided to each adult confirmed at the time of the booking. Loss of any key can be extremely expensive, if locks need to be changed. Children are not provided with keys. Please be aware that the maximum number of persons who may book or occupy the apartment at ANY time is set quite strictly to 5. Large groups and parties or functions are not permitted. The apartment is created for quality not quantity. If at any time you want to have more than 5 persons in the property at the same time you must talk to us in advance and obtain permission. Smoking is not allowed whatsoever. There are smoke detectors and sprinklers throughout the building. Smoking in the condo or anywhere in the building may result in severe measures from the building's own security staff, including guest removal which would be beyond our control. Multiple children are not allowed without discussion before booking. Upon first arrival, ALL who enter the building must sign in at reception with official photo id. We supply bathroom and kitchen provisions for a short period after arrival and not for the whole stay. There are two beds, and a fold-up bed and a baby crib (cot). Ask for details if there are any doubts about bedding. The sofa only accommodates between 3 and 4 people. The building benefits from permanent reception and security personnel. Building security procedures must be followed. The swimming pool is closed all day on Tuesdays for cleaning and maintenance. A maximum of 4 registered guests are allowed access to the pool free of charge during any one day. How to change code - Setting up the travel cot VERY FLEXIBLE CHECK IN/OUT TIMES We are willing to discuss an arrival very very early or a departure very very late. Arrivals or departures outside of the standard times must be agreed before the booking is made. If a booking is made without having previously agreed an early or late arrival or late departure, then the standard time apply.
