This idyllic house will keep you as entertained or relaxed as you so desire for a weekend or a couple of weeks. Katrina's Place has four double bedrooms and two bathrooms. - Master bedroom has king bed, walk in robe. Ensuite hosts spa bath, separate toilet and separate shower - Bedrooms 2 & 3 have queen size beds; Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top) and a single bed. Entire house fully ducted air- conditioned. Each bedroom has ceiling fans, built in wardrobes. Other bedrooms have access to a well designed second bathroom. This bathroom has dual sinks, bath, shower and separate toilet. Open plan living/kitchen area provides great uninterrupted views to waterfront. Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. House Best Features The house's best features without a doubt is its huge outdoor entertaining deck. It boasts north-east wide water views designed to have complete protection from southerly winds. It includes an outdoor 5 burner BBQ, sink, service bench and fridge.
