Located on the upper 2 floors of the building, Tybee Lights 112B features tile floors and a balcony that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The entry to this unit is on the second floor of the building. Once inside, there are 2 floors to this townhome. The 1st floor includes the open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV and opens to a furnished balcony. The balcony sits over the sand and is the perfect spot for witnessing stunning sunrises. The dining area has seating for 4 with 2 stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped and is ready to handle any vacation meal requests. There is a half bathroom on this level, as well as a full-size washer and dryer for guest use. Upstairs, the 2nd floor of the townhome has two bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a King Size bed and a flat-screen TV. There is a shared bathroom upstairs, accessed in the hallway that has a tub/shower combination. The east bedroom has a wonderful view of the ocean where you can take in the sunset from the comfort of the king-size bed. This property is pet-friendly.
