Charm and authencity : In respect with the place's authenticity and the area's industrial heritage, you'll love the exposed 150-year-old stone and brick walls and the lights designed to enhance the experience! And the soap is a craft soap made downtown Paris in an ancestral way. You'll be surprised too with a small present for you, but I can't say more.... . Comfort and modernity : The Air con, silent and hidden behind the walls, is a must have in Paris where outside temperature can reach up to 40°C. Only a small amount of flats have a full integrated air con in Paris ! The beds are very comfortable, my mattress is even elected best of year 2023 :) You'll have access to a very-high-speed internet and the TV with Netflix, Youtube, OCS,... and even a SONOS sound system to sing in the shower ! . Cleanliness and disinfection : A professional team always does the cleaning, change the beding (hotel standards), and dispose the soap and shampoo. They take care of disinfecting all the rooms as recommended by Airbnb before every single stay. Green : We all have to bring our little something for a better future. That's what I do : the only source of energy of the apartment is 100% renewable electricity (wind, solar and hydroelectric energy). I installed a heat pump to maximise comfort and minimise the energy consumption. And I use recylcing bins. You will also find in my place : A Kitchen fully equipped (freezer, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine and everything you need to cook like at home), a bright Living Room with a high-quality sofa bed, a Mezzanine sleeping area with a double bed (children love this bed above the floor:) equipped with the "best mattress 2023" a modern Bathroom with toilets and shower, empty smart storage spaces to put your belongings and suitcases. And much more: TV, iron, hairdryer, washing machine and dryer inside the apartment. The apartment is equipped with heating and Air Conditioning (single temperature selector). Guests will have access to high-speed WIFI (188Mb/s) A smoke detector, CO2 detector and fire extinguisher are installed for your safety, and there are a pharmacy and a hospital 5 min from the flat.
