House 774 is located in the heart of Franciacorta, beautifully nestled between the Torbiere reserve, Lake Iseo and the vineyards of the prestigious wine of the same name. Located just 4 km from the A4 highway exit and close to the Brescia-Iseo-Edolo railway, in the center of Passirano, this property is ideal for hikers and cyclists interested in the Lake Iseo cycle path. It is also perfect for families thanks to the nearby playground. The space House 774 offers a beautiful suite with all amenities, including Wi-Fi, private parking, and essentials such as detergents and bath linens. Breakfast is included, and a public laundry is available nearby. I live on site and am therefore available for any eventuality. Gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan products are available upon request, subject to confirmation. During your stay Guests can pick up or drop off keys via a keybox available on-site. However, I will generally be present to personally with the delivery and collection of the keys, ensuring direct and personalized interaction whenever possible. In addition, a surcharge may be requested for additional rooms: for each double room with single use, a surcharge of €20 per room will be applied, to be paid on site in cash.
