Casa Bella Obeilar, Granada

This gorgeous house is situated in a small spanish village of Obeilar, where the locals make you feel very welcome, it is very suited to families looking for a relaxing break, with it's spacious and airy living accommodation, with secure, and private garden with its own pool (not shared or overlooked) and BBQ area. The house also boasts its own annex with one bedroom, living area and bathroom. The surrounding area has beautiful places to visit with the most breath-taking views and scenic walks. The space The house has its own secure secluded garden with its own pool and BBQ area. The pool is for the use of the house guests only and not shared or overlooked. The living area is airy and comfortable with a log burner for those cooler evenings. Obeilar is a small Spanish village situated near Illora, and only 30 mins from Granada City with all its attractions including the Alhambra. The Sierra Nevada ski resort is only a 45 min drive where there are over 60 miles of runs to suit every ability with a great atmosphere and social life. In the summer the resort is open to accommodate walkers and bikers wishing to enjoy the scenery up the mountains. Obeilar is a small quiet village with one bar. A short car or bus ride to Illora, and you will find ample bars and shops. Guest access The guest have access to the whole house, (use of annex if there are seven guests) if there are five guest or less they have access to the house. NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTY BOOKINGS! Other things to note The house is joined to the neighbours. So we insist that all guests are respectful and cause no distress or excess noise to disturb our neighbours. We do not permit parties... and will not allow extra guests to stay! The rental licence is for a maximum of 7 guests. At no point are guests permitted to have extra people at the house. If you are found to have extra guests you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. We do not accept teenagers party bookings. Please note Obeilar is a small, quiet village with one bar.
