Welcome to our modern (2016) semi detached "résidence secondaire " in the centre of Pézenas. The house contains a sitting room with kitchen and a small bathroom with shower in the ground floor, and two sleeping rooms and a bathroom with bath-tub/shower in the first floor. There are two outdoor areas, a smaller, shadowy yard behind the house, which is normally used as dining area, and a larger sunny space with sunbeds in front of the house. The space Both bedrooms offer 160 cm wide double beds and roomy wardrobes. Upon request, a baby bed, or additional bed (200x80) are available. Bed linen and towels are provided. If required, beach towels can be borrowed. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction plate, oven/microwave, fridge with freezer, washing-up machine, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster etc. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms, while electric fans together with electric blinds maintain pleasant temperature in the living room during summer. During colder periods, the heating system can be switched on. The living room is equipped with a TV set and a bluetooth speaker. Free WiFi is available in the house. The property includes one private parking space in front of the house. Guest access The whole property is available for guests with exception of the garage and a third bedroom on the 2nd floor which is private and it will be closed.
