Charming studio refurbished in May 2017. You will stay in a typical stone house, 50 m from the Cité de Carcassonne, you can see its illuminated ramparts in front of you every evening! Leave your car in our garage and enjoy everything! Nice cafés and restaurants on the next street, grocery store, bakery for gourmets. The Bastide St-Louis, its famous market and the Canal du Midi are a 10-minute walk away. Linens on request at extra cost. END-OF-STAY CLEANING AT YOUR EXPENSE. The space The accommodation is fully equipped and tastefully redone: parquet floor, exposed beams, old doors. Very bright, quiet and cool thanks to the stone walls of the house. It is located on the ground floor to the right of the house. The small Rue de la Gaffe is very quiet because it is almost pedestrian: only residents drive there. You will feel like you are in the countryside listening to the little birds and the bells of the medieval cathedral. New BZ 140 bedding. Our animal friends are allowed with my agreement only. I offer linen rental (sheets, towels and unmixed tea towels for €10 per person and for the duration of the stay to be paid on site upon arrival. Guest access A parking space is reserved for you in the closed garage of the house. Shared laundry room: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner. Other things to note If the accommodation is returned in an unsatisfactory state of cleanliness, I reserve the right to keep €50 of the security deposit in order to cover the cleaning costs incurred. If the amount of the security deposit does not cover the costs incurred by damage caused by the tenant, the tenant already undertakes to pay the amount.
