Fred warmly awaits you in his little corner of Provence, located in the heart of the Luberon. Quiet accommodation, in a garden with olive trees, with secure swimming pool. Do you want to visit the must-see places of the region? You will be less than 20 km from all the picturesque villages of Luberon (Gordes, Isle sur la Sorgue...) and 30 minutes from Avignon; I will be there to guide you. Are you feeling adventurous? Canoeing, horseback riding, hiking, tree climbing... See you soon. The space The cottage is adjoining the owners' house, but not overlooked. Nice advantage, we are on site if needed but remain discreet. The site is perfectly quiet and invites you to relax under the beautiful Provence sun! ACCOMMODATION: - Ground floor - One bedroom, bed 140 cm. Living room Toilet – 1 Bathroom (shower) Functional kitchen, fully equipped: Induction stove, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine as well as various kitchen utensils. -UPPER FLOOR- 1st bedroom (master suite): a 160 cm bed that offers the most beautiful view of the accommodation with a terrace overlooking the Luberon and the pool below. 2nd bedroom: two 90 cm beds. More suitable for children or young people. Wi-Fi internet Enclosed outdoor garden, with the possibility of eating outdoors (plancha and beautiful terrace under umbrella) Pool with deckchairs, straw parasols and a serving area to enjoy an aperitif after a nice sunny day! 3 parking spaces on the property and in the shade. Various shops in the village just 2 km away. (Bakery, butcher, village bar, grocery store etc...) Guest access Swimming pool accessible from May to September. Check-in on Saturdays from 3:00 p.m. and check-out on Saturdays before 10:00 a.m. only. Other things to note we speak English. Sheets + linens (kitchen towels + bath towel) + pool towel = €15 per person/week. Deposit of €300 required upon arrival.
