Charming 2-room terrace and closed courtyard 1–4 people

Charming 2-room apartment of about 30 m2 completely refurbished, NO SMOKING inside and very well equipped with independent access in the house and 5 minutes from the city center of Tarbes. You can park your vehicle under a shelter in the courtyard of the house, which is closed by a gate and without visibility from the street. We live next door and are available to meet your expectations. Welcome to our home! The space The apartment consists of a bedroom with a 140 x 190 box bed, a desk area with free Wi-Fi and a dressing room with a wardrobe with some hangers, shelves and a drawer, a bathroom with shower cabin, wall-mounted sink with storage drawer, heated towel rail and wall-mounted toilet and a kitchen/living room where you will find everything for your comfort from breakfast to evening meal with a fridge, a microwave oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, all the dishes and kitchen accessories,… as well as a washing machine, a table, 4 chairs and a sofa bed in the living room will allow you to stay for 4 people (2 or 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children: the accommodation seems small for 4 adults) and a small terrace with table and chairs that will allow you to enjoy the outdoors. We provide you with linens as well as household products, broom and mop, vacuum cleaner, coffee, tea, powdered chocolate, sugar cubes, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar for a more comfortable arrival and departure! If you need anything, please let us know if we have it, we will make it available to you (e.g. toaster) We provide you with towels and linens for the 2-person bed in the master bedroom: please bring towels and linens for the sofa bed if you need to use it. If you wish, we can provide them for an additional charge of €20 payable once per stay. Guest access 1 reserved and free parking space in our courtyard, out of sight and sheltered by an awning. Bus line within 1 km Other things to note Please carefully read: The location of our listing is very visible on our listing so please take a good look at it so as not to rate us badly about it. Cleaning is not included! Each guest must leave the apartment in a proper state or tell us if they want us to add the cleaning service to the price of the reservation (€50), which does not prevent respectful use of our accommodation, which we make it a point of honor to ensure is impeccable upon your arrival. It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to smoke in the accommodation: we will open a complaint to airbnb if this rule was not respected for everyone's comfort! Please do not smoke in front of the open door as no smokers will smell the smoke that will come in and that you do not detect being used to this smell. Cats are prohibited because we have had persistent damage and smells and we no longer want to bear the consequences! We provide you with linens as well as household products, broom and mop (vacuum cleaner on request), coffee, tea, chocolate powder, chopped sugar, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar for a more comfortable arrival and departure! We provide you with the towels and sheets of the bed for 2 people in the master bedroom: please provide the towels and sheets of the sofa bed if you need to use it. If you wish, we can provide them for an additional €20 payable once per stay. For your child under 3 years old we provide you with a FREE umbrella bed,a changing mat, a bathtub with a bath deckchair... If you are missing anything please do not hesitate to ask us because we will certainly have 3 CHILDREN too, including a very small one! The radiators stay in place all year round but thank you for making a reasonable use of them: do not turn them on in August or when it is mild outside for example would you do it at home?... it's lived so sorry to have to specify it:( Lively neighborhood of houses and businesses, close to all amenities if you are looking for activities do not hesitate to ask us:) Proximity to a railway line: a maximum of ten trains/24 hours on average and no train at night Our hosts don't complain about it (see reviews)
