Recently built, traditional cycladic villa, sitting on a southerly hill, overlooking the Aegean Sea, easily accessible through the main asphalt road, with devine privacy. Part of a three-house project. STARLINK wifi connection is available at all spaces The space house 2 has two floors. Upper floor has a master bedroom ideal for a couple, with en-suite bathroom (shower/toilet). Main living area lies also on this floor. There are 2 sofas, where one (at least) adult person or 2 kids can also sleep. On this floor also lies the kitchen area. On the same floor lies the big balcony/terrace with a large 10people dining table and enough space for sunbeds etc. Upper Floor's area is approx. 60m2 The lower floor has one huge room (suite) with a double bed, which can be separated into two large single beds, a sofa that can turn into a double bed also and enough room to fit another couple of single extra beds if necessary. It also has a large bathroom area. It is often that the lower floor room is used for 2-6 kids of approx the same age or 2-6 friends or a couple and their children. It has proved to be fun. This lower floor suite is providing privacy regarding the people who are staying on the upper floor, through the fact that it is in another floor from the main living area. One has to go down the stairs. It has no particular door though, that separates it with the rest of the house. This floor can be reached through the upper floor main entrance, but also has an entrance of its own. Lower Floor's area is approx. 60m2 If there are more than 2 couples in your group, there will not be enough privacy for all. For complete privacy, the house should be inhabited by maximum 5 people (2 upper floor room, 2 lower floor room and 1 at the living room sofas). Otherwise, up to 8 people can stay (2 upper floor room, 5-6 lower floor room and 1 at the living room sofas). The house has 2 bathrooms. Guest access Here goes directions to house 2: You are at Livadi (the port) and follow the road to Vagia. Leaving Livadi and after 2 km, you will find a crossroad going either to Kalo Ampeli (to the left) or Vagia (to the right). You go towards Vagia. After approx. 1km, the first house you will find on your right is our house. There is a small sign "deep blue villas" on the entrance stone wall. You go up the cemented ramp, park your car at the end of it and continue on your left on the small pedestrian path. You go right upwards on the first ramp you meet and you reach your balcony (there is a small sign "house 2" on the stone wall). If you do not feel comfortable with these directions, give me a call and I will arrange for someone (either myself or my housekeeper) to escort you at the house. IMPORTANT NOTICE (regarding high season period): As you may have seen at the site, check-in is scheduled to take place after 15:00. Nevertheless if you arrive earlier, you can drop off your luggage after 12:00 at the house, go for a swim and/or some lunch, and return at the house after 15:00, when our cleaning ladies will have finished preparing and cleaning the house for your stay.
