Regarding COVID-19: We are taking extra precautions when cleaning and disinfecting the property. This includes disinfection of commonly used surfaces with EPA registered disinfectant. High use Fabric will be sprayed down with Lysol. The unit has its own entrance Garden and rooms. The walls adjacent to the other part of the house have two layers of 5/8" sheet rock and an airspace then an additional piece of sheet rock, wall studs, more insulation and additional sheet on my side. I rarely hear anyone. Hopefully that is true for my guests. I do have dogs, a German wire-haired pointer, Aberdare and OSo, a little Havanese/shitzu. who might pick up a sound and give a warning but they are growing used to guests and adore new friends. The unit is designated by photos. What you see is all the rooms available. There is a latched and bolted door in the kitchen which is also latched from my side. The building features a smart lock that will enable guests to come and go without assistance. I am more than willing to offer additional guidance via text message, phone call, or a quick visit whenever needed. I live next door in the adjacent house. Located on an alley bordering a park allows easy access to walks along the creek or activities at the Fairgrounds. Practise fly casting, cool off in the Splash park or walk 4 blocks to downtown. Private and secluded behind a high fence. We are a small town so I imagine people are arriving by car. There is a local taxi service and a lot of us just walk. We’ve also installed air purifiers in bedrooms with built-in UV-C sanitizers to help kill any potential airborne viral particles. These measures are designed to help minimize risk. There is a small pond on the left as you walk up the walkway. It will be covered in the winter but still be aware one could forget and not realize as it is covered in snow and the plywood could easily give out. So beware.
