Cosy Cottage on the beautiful Lizard Peninsula

Cosy Stoneturner's cottage was originally a workshop for the local serpentine stone, which is found nowhere else in England. The cottage has been attractively refurbished to provide comfortable and peaceful holiday accommodation. Although fully modernised the cottage retains many of its original features, including an attractive window seat in the lounge. The cottage also benefits from a log burner. All on the ground floor, the accommodation is fully equipped, with a quiet and secluded garden. The space Note: This property is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. The accommodation sleeps 4 and comprises: COSY LOUNGE: with sofa, chairs, HD Smart TV with USB port. Books, maps and games. Log burning stove. WiFi. CONSERVATORY KITCHEN/DINING AREA: with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, table and chairs, iPod/MP3 Player docking station and radio. BATHROOM: with bath, shower overhead, WC, wash basin and convection heater. DOUBLE BEDROOM: 4 ft 6 inch x 6 ft 3 inch double bed, with view of the Lizard Lighthouse and sea beyond. SMALL BEDROOM: With 3 ft x 6 ft 3 inch bunk beds (suitable for adults). Note: Top bunk not suitable for children under 6 years old. GARDEN: enclosed garden with table and chairs, sun umbrella and two folding sunbeds. HEATING: convector heaters and log burning stove. PARKING: can be found on the road just outside the cottage. SPECIAL NOTES: a travel cot and high chair are provided. A large fireguard is also provided for the safety of children. There is a children’s play area across the road from the cottage. Guest access All parts of the property, including the garden, are for the exclusive use of guests.
