The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, oven, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, ironing board (iron is in the room), cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc. Free internet WI-FI in all rooms. Guest access The kitchen, terrace and dining area are shared by the guests of all 5 rooms. Each suite has some reserved and marked space for private use in the refrigerator, freezer and cabinets. It’s equipped with electric plate, oven, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, steam iron, cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc. Other things to note Please be aware that for non-Portuguese guests, by law, we are compelled to gather some basic ID details. Pests and animals like cockroaches, ants and spiders may be present in the area. This isn't something we can control 100% at all times. We have a contract with a professional pesticide company that places the pesticide inside and around our properties throughout the year. Furthermore, the high cleaning standards the professional cleaning company adheres to minimises any potential issue. Nevertheless, we can't control this at all times.
