Historic Cottage 2 blocks to Beach & Town

You will find everything you need in this well thought out cottage for a wonderful beach vacation! This historic beach bungalow was built in 1926. It is on the historic register designated as a 'key' contributor. The cottage was completely remodeled and updated in 2011. Located two short blocks to Main Beach and downtown, you will find Laguna's favorite restaurants and shops within a two minute walk. Our cottage has two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king bed with french doors that open onto a peek-a-boo ocean view deck and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a tub. The fully-stocked, eat-in kitchen has been upgraded with all new appliances (refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher) as well as a built in water filter for fresh drinking water. The LG full sized washer and dryer are brand new and our located in an attached laundry room. You will find all the comforts of home in our spotless cottage, including a 42'' flat panel TV with advanced programming cable and WIFI internet. All linens and utilities are provided, and weekly maid service can be arranged for an additional fee. You will have everything you need to enjoy the perfect Laguna Beach vacation. There is a small one car attached garage for your use, however with the close proximity to town and the beach, you will have no need for a car!
