We welcome you to a detached house and in a very private environment without a view, 300 meters from the ramparts. You will have a 1000 m2 garden in the city center, a heated swimming pool (the temperature is generally between 26°C and 28°C but we cannot guarantee this temperature in case of very unfavorable weather) and free and secure covered parking for one vehicle. We no longer accept young children due to bad experiences. The space You can easily visit the city center on foot (5 to 10 minutes), we are also close to the train station (transfer possible by us = less than 5 minutes), the cinema, shops and many restaurants. On the ground floor: you will have a bathroom (shower, toilet) and a summer kitchen (unheated) with open bar on the pool (no gourmet cooking possible but our guests love to eat summer dishes by the pool in a relaxed atmosphere), refrigerator with a freezer compartment for ice cream and others, induction cooktop, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, tea and coffee available (NB: the table in the "dining room" is outside under the pergola, if the weather is bad, you will have a small table in the kitchen, but intended for two people. An extra table is available upstairs). Upstairs: (access by narrow staircase not recommended for people with reduced mobility) is a space with a 160 cm/2 m bed, a TV lounge area and a small balcony for smokers or to drink a herbal tea…) Outside, you will enjoy a large well-equipped terrace protected by a 14 m2 pergola, deckchairs, garden furniture and especially the heated pool, ideal setting to enjoy a well-deserved rest after your visits. NB: WE PROVIDE TOWELS BUT NOT POOL TOWELS; We provide you with a welcome "book" with suggestions for visits to wine producers and shopping tips, as well as a list of our "favorite" restaurants (we strongly recommend that you book your restaurants before your arrival if you want to have a choice!). Guests can take advantage of bike rentals close to the house and free charging of their electric bikes at the house. Guest access The garden, pool and parking are shared spaces with us. NB: we never use the pool in the presence of our guests! We do not accept additional visitors other than our guests without prior approval from us and within the limit of 2 adults.
