Guest access (Electric) bicycles can be safely stored in the garage. Other things to note We always try to have at least 30 hours between 2 bookings to ensure cleaning and maintenance of apartment and Jacuzzi. In exceptional cases, this may not work and the Jacuzzi may be out of order or not yet up to temperature. Should this be the case, we will give back in cash a discount of €10 per night. We live in a normal residential neighborhood, smoking is allowed on the terrace but no weed or other drugs! It is also important to pay attention to the volume of voices on the terrace and in the Jacuzzi. It is not allowed to host guests from outside during the stay. The requested price per night includes tourist tax, and we do not charge extra for using the Jacuzzi.
