City center. Close to the Tram, cable car, commercial port, castle marina, capucins, marine museum, beautiful arts, a few tram stations from the contemporary art museum. By bus, close to Océanopolis, the white mill beach. Ten minutes from the train station. Free parking available in the area is available for free. The property has a subscription to Canal plus, Bein sports and Rmc sports. It's my home and I'm not there when I rent it.
