ECOviella Apartments - Sumiciu (2+1pax)

The space SUMICIU is part of ECOviella Apartments and is designed for couples who want to spend a stay in a romantic setting or for small families. It is a loft apartment with a combined kitchen-living room and bedroom, with only the bathroom being separate. The living-dining room is connected to a private porch with excellent views and maximum privacy with barbecue use available. It is equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, full kitchen utensils, LED TV with Netflix movies and series, and free Wi-Fi. In the common areas there is a washer-dryer, games for children, a farm with free egg collection (in seasons with good weather), and 1 free parking space inside the premises. We have a type2 (7.4kw) paid electric vehicle charger, with prior request to the accommodation. We have a 24-hour forced ventilation system with a heat recovery unit, which guarantees the continuous renewal of fresh air in the apartments, as well as a high ecological standard with heating and hot water by pellet boiler supported by 7kw of photovoltaic panels. Apartamentos ECOviella reserves the right to modify and adjust heating operating times and temperatures, according to our ecological criteria and the recommendations of the Institute for Diversification and Energy Saving (IDAE) One pet of up to 25kg is allowed per apartment upon request and in compliance with our pet accommodation policies: • Upon arrival, a deposit of €100 will be paid, which will be returned upon key handover. • You will need to bring a bed for the pet, in addition to any other supplies you may need. • Animals may not be left alone in the apartments at any time. If necessary, there is an animal care business near the apartments. • Pets may not be loose in the common areas of the property due to the inconvenience they may cause to other guests. • It is mandatory to pick up the animal's waste if it occurs both in our facilities, including green areas, and outside them. Other things to note - The accommodation will only be occupied by the number of people registered - Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed - Pets are allowed upon request, complying with the pet admission policy and leaving a deposit of €100 - Check-in 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Front Desk) 8:00 PM onwards (locker with key) - Check-out 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Each apartment has 1 parking space - Cleaning and change of linens and towels will be carried out from the sixth day - For special rentals, a deposit will be requested - Shower gel, hand soap, dishwashing soap, dishwasher, and toilet paper will be provided - No washing machine detergent is provided - We reserve the right to modify and adjust heating operating times and temperatures according to IDAE.
