Luxury house, beautiful pool & peaceful garden

Beautiful home in small and quiet hamlet, very close to some of the most beautiful towns on the Costa de la Luz and only a twenty minute drive to the best beaches in Spain. The house is bright and airy and very comfortable for a party of 4 and will easily sleep a family of up to 6. The private garden is an oasis of peace and quiet. Underfloor solar heating keeps the house toasty during brief winters and on rare, chilly days. In warm summers the house and swimming pool provide cool relief. The space The house consists of two large rooms. There is a large sitting/dining room with open kitchen and a large bedroom with a queen size double bed and two bunk beds. The living room has two comfortable sofas one of which is a roomy and comfortable sofa bed for two. The dining room table seats 8 and the kitchen is spacious with a tall fridge freezer to stock up for a whole week. You won't want to leave the property if you can help it. The house is surrounded by terraces for guests to make the best use of the sun and the shade. The terrain is large and has beautiful gardens, a small orchard and a pond area. The other house on the terrain is for rent as well, but we make sure not to rent to different parties at the same time and therefore Airbnb guests have the entire property to themselves. Our hot water supply is powered by solar energy. This means that underfloor heating and showers come straight to you courtesy of the sun. On rare days with no sun a boiler heats the water. Guest access Guests enter the property through their own gate. Surrounding the house is a huge private garden with 3 terraces. A few steps up there's also the swimming pool area, a pond and an orchard. The swimming pool is natural and has beautiful, crystal-clear and soft-on-the-skin water. The swimming pool terrace has comfortable sun-beds. Other things to note The terrain is safe for children, but the pool is not fenced off.
