Lovely 19th century apartment on one of the five most beautiful streets of Amsterdam, in the center-eastside. Great canalview, peaceful and quiet yet on walking distance of restaurants, bars, market, coffeecorners, shops, the zoo and museums. 10 minutes bicycling or tram from Dam square. Bicycle rent just around the corner. Car parking nearby. Tram around the corner. Also very suitable for a longer stay or a trip with family or friends. We are looking forward to welcome you! The space Beautiful, spacious, fully equipped apartment located on the second (top) floor, with a magnificent view over the canal in front. The private apartment is consisting of two rooms, each with a bathroom and toilet. Both rooms have double beds. Guests can use a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge), shared only with our (adult) daughter. The house is a classic, newly renovated, building on the 'Ringvaart' cannel. The location is very unique; according to "'undiscovered Amsterdam" it is one of the five most beautiful streets. East Amsterdam is very close to the center, yet still the real Amsterdam... We love it, and hope you will too!! Guest access You can reach your room(s) by the more or less private stairways. Your rooms, at the top-floor of the building, are fully equipped and totally private. Kitchenette is shared only with our adult daughter. We give you your own code for entrance of our house for your convenience. During your stay Downstairs is our house, we live there, so most of the time you can reach us for information, where tot go etc. And if you need to contact us when not in the house, you can always reach us by mobile phone / text message / what s app Other things to note Legally, by regulation of the city of Amsterdam, the kitchen needs to be shared with us. The kitchen is used by our adult daughter. If you come with two persons but prefer to have the full apartment (two rooms, each with its own bathroom, and the fully equipped kitchen) we ask you kindly to book for three persons.
