Easy access to public transportation makes getting around the city simple. The space This studio loft was designed as a well-lit, airy open canvas for living and rest. The space features a full-height sleeping loft with a queen-size bed and adjacent seating area, organized around an open plan that balances comfort and openness. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a walk-in pantry, gas range and oven, full-size refrigerator with top freezer, microwave, toaster oven, espresso machine, and French press—everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. As coffee lovers ourselves, we’ve left a selection of favorite tools and accessories for guests to enjoy. The bathroom is simple, clean, and modern. WiFi and cable are included. The apartment is non-smoking. Guest access Guests have access to the entire loft apartment, which is reached via a shared common-area stairwell. Entry is self check-in using a secure lockbox located at the main front entrance of the building. Access instructions and the lockbox code will be provided approximately 24 hours prior to arrival. Other things to note Access to the sleeping loft is via a hybrid stair/ladder system, which is accurately shown in the listing photos. It functions more like a compact stair than a traditional ship’s ladder and includes an open handrail on one side. Guests should review the photos carefully to ensure the layout is a good fit for their comfort level. The laundry room is shared with two other apartments and is located on the same level as the unit, behind double doors at the north end of the corridor. Laundry use is complimentary for guests.
