Beautiful villa in Valeriano over Koroni beach

The house is located at the foot of mountain Aenos, a few hundred meters before entering Valeriano village. The 40 sq.m apt at the basement on the south side of the villa, is fully equipped and airconditioned by two inverters, ideal for couples, families or friends. It consists of two airconditioned bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a king size bed which also has a silent fan), a small living room with a TV, a fully equipped small kitchen, a bathroom, a yard of its own and a garden. The space What makes the house unique is its location: it is ideal for relaxing in a peaceful, sunny place where you can feel the breeze from the see and the mountain, into the sound of nature, enjoying the breathtaking view and the sunset with a glass of wine. Close to the house, just 5-6 minutes driving distance, is the exotic Koroni sand beach, one of the most amazing beaches of the island, reknown for its green clay, used for skin and hair care. Guest access The visitor can have access to a 1500 sq.m. garden that surrounds the house and is planted with flowers, grass, fruit trees, vegetables and vines. Other things to note In a walking distance (about 500 m.) there are a fully equipped super market and a gas station, as well as a beach bar (2 km), at Koroni beach. Other sand beaches close to the villa are Kateleios (5 km), Kaminia / Mounta (8 km) and Skala (12km), with their cozy bars and tavernas. The villa is at a distance of 23 km from the capital Argostoli, 17 km from Poros port and 22 km from the airport. The visitor can also have access to these places, as well as to the beaches and the attractive and sightseeing points of the island, by bus; the bus station is just 400 meters from the villa.
