The views of Old Orchard Beach and beyond are spectacular from the private deck. And the beach is a just few steps from your door. This five room- 2 bedroom unit has everything you need. A short, easy walk to the Pier, Palace Playland and all the hubbub, yet just far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet on beautiful, seaside Camp Comfort Ave. Head in the other direction for a short walk to Ocean Park. NOTE - Minimum age to rent is 25. Maximum number of guests is 4. You won't want to leave the open deck with umbrella table and chairs. The sunrise and moonrise climbing from the ocean across the horizon are breathtaking! Rainbows are common too! The airy, bright, sunny rooms are newly painted in beachy pastels with new flooring in living room and kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed. Bedroom two also has king size bed. With high quality mattresses, you will sleep like a baby! The living room has a sleeper sofa. The newly remodeled kitchen with new cabinets and countertops has everything you need - stove, refrigerator, new dishwasher, new microwave, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. It's all there, including a picture window by the dining table with all the great views of the deck. The newly renovated bath has a stand up shower (no tub). Immaculately clean with all the comforts of home. There is a coin op laundry room in the building. The entire apartment is yours alone - including the deck. I provide sheets and all bedding. I provide 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 face cloth per guest. Please bring beach towels. I provide 2 beach chairs and an beach umbrella. There is a gas grill on your deck. I have a small beach parking lot adjacent to the rental and I provide you with 2 free off street parking spaces. Parking is very challenging in the summer and most rentals only provide 1 parking space. I live on the property in a separate house, so I am here if you if need me!! I personally clean and maintain the property. You will see me watering the flowers and on the beach. I am also here to take out the trash - who wants to have to remember that when they're on vacation? I love living here and take pride in taking care of my home and rentals. I will respect your privacy, but just next door or a text message away! The beach is just a few steps from your doorway - no street to cross. The Pier and downtown area is less than 1/2 mile- and easy walk on the beach or street. Lots of shops, food, amusements along the way - something for everyone. Ocean Park is a short walk in the other direction - a quaint neighborhood with cute shops, restaurants, old fashioned ice cream parlor and shuffle board courts. You can walk almost everywhere, but you can also jump on the trolly which stops close by and travels around town, or the bus to South Portland/Portland or Saco/Biddeford. The train station is within walking distance too. The DownEaster stops several times a day. You can rent bikes, scooters and unique tandem surrey bikes for a fun trip around town!
