Provencal house for 4 to 6 people, full nature, swimming pool (4mx8m), closed courtyard in the shade of a plane tree . Lots of charm, very quiet environment. The house sits outside the village. Numerous walking walks. Small river 300 m away. Ideally located for visiting many tourist sites (Grignan, Chauvet cave, Ardèche gorges, Drôme Valley, Avignon , Orange ...). 10 minutes from the Montélimar Sud motorway exit. Pets considered. The space The house has two bedrooms with a double bed and one through bedroom equipped with a sofa bed; all bedrooms are located upstairs. Baby umbrella bed available. Upstairs, a bathroom; on the ground floor, a bathroom with shower. Guest access The house is yours as well as the courtyard, swimming pool and all the surroundings. The "horse" part is adjoining , someone comes every day to take care of the horses every day.
