Villa Samos II - Closest to heaven

The newly build bungalow is located on top of the little hill Puntes and offers 180 degrees of oceanic view over the aegean sea, the turkish coast and the Boat Marina beneath. Just outside the bungalow is a beautiful terrace enabling you allocating your vacation outside. It offers shade for sitting outside and enjoying the terrific view. The private swimming pool ensuite causes a calm atmosphere, which will make your stay unforgettable. The space You will stay just a short drive above the cute historic town of Pythagorion (South of Samos), right surrounded by lots of Olive- and Fruit trees. The bungalow has been finished in June 2021 and combines modern style elements and greek idyll. The house has its own pool and a large covered terrace with a large table for relaxed sitting together. In addition, the house has another terrace at the entrance of the house, both equipped with comfortable furniture. From everywhere you have a fantastic view over the island and the sea. Enjoy a delicious meal in the evening or have a wonderful drink and a sundowner on the big outside bed which offers an ideal shade during the day and conjures up a magical atmosphere in the evening. Try the figs, the apricots or lemons, there is plenty in our own garden. The house is suitable for 4 persons and is aesthetically furnished. For both, families and couples, the house layout is ideal. You enter into the large living room, which has an open kitchenette and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons. A TV with satellite reception and a Wi-Fi is also available. The fine kitchenette leaves no desires open: a dishwasher, a stove with oven, a microwave, a Nespresso machine and a kettle are just as natural as a basic set of cutlery and cooking utensils. From the long hallway with a large built-in closet, offering plenty of space and including a washing machine, you get into the two bedrooms and the bathroom, as well as the small guest WC. The first bedroom has a 160cm bed and the second bedroom ha 180cm bed. Both bedrooms have an access to the big terrace and have a direct view on the sea. The daylight bathroom has a rain shower. In addition, it is equipped with a certain basic equipment such as hair dryer and towels. Of course, each room of the bungalow has its own air conditioning, which invites to a midday cool siesta. Other things to note Important information: Please make sure that your booking contains the exact amount of guests. Due to fairness reasons when having less guests, we have higher prices when the number of guests increases. The reason for this is higher variable costs. Please be aware that as of 01.04.2025 we need to charge our guests an additional fee of 8,00 EUR per night (regardless of the amount of guests), this is the environmental tax that was introduced by the Greek government and is being charged at any short term accommodation. We offer you a weekly cleaning service at an additional cost. A water dispenser with the first 10 l water bottle is included in the rent, each additional can be purchased separately. This also applies to the first coffee capsules for the coffee machine. We, Hanna and Miro, as well as our friendly animals are looking forward to welcoming you! Since the property is a large expansive area, you will not if desired, notice anything from our roommates. But if you are looking forward to a Greek animal experience, our dogs, cats and birds are available for you to pet and cuddle.
