Guests can also enjoy two beautiful terraces of 30 m2 each with stunning sea views and views of the residence. On the 1st floor: - 1 bedroom with sea view: 2 beds of 80 cm forming 1 large bed of 160, wardrobe with mirror - 1 bedroom on the residence side with 2 single beds of 90 cm, desk area and wardrobe - 1 bathroom with bathtub - 1 separate toilet Exterior: - A 30 m2 terrace with stunning sea views. It has outdoor furniture: table and chairs for your meals, outdoor worktop with sink and 2 sun loungers to relax. - A 30 m2 terrace on the residence side: equipped with a table and chairs for your meals, a large umbrella, an outdoor worktop with plancha and sink. The 2 terraces have lights built into the ground to make your evenings magical. For even more comfort, we decided to invest in the following additional amenities: - washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, outdoor grill, removable outdoor ceramic stovetop. - available and on request: baby high chair and baby bed - also at your disposal and on request a closed garage to store your bikes, paddles, windsurfing boards...
