Casa Anna is an independent accommodation in the center of Cerasuolo, a stone's throw from the square and the La Tiana bar and restaurant. The house is spread over two floors, has an outdoor courtyard and a small terrace. The rooms are well insulated, cool in summer and warm in winter. Cerasuolo is an unspoiled village, located on a plateau at an altitude of 700 meters, close to the national park of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise. The village is in a strategic position for visiting the natural beauty of the area. The space The house is spread across two floors, has a private courtyard and a small terrace. On the ground floor you will have access to a comfortable kitchen with a fireplace and the adjacent dining room. Also on the ground floor, you will have the service bathroom with a washing machine and a sink. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. Two rooms are adjacent: the double and a double with 2 single beds. With the double you will have access to the bathroom with shower in the room. The third bedroom, a double, has independent access. The house, originally built in 1858, has been renovated in several stages. Very bright, cool in summer, it warms up easily in winter. > N.B. In the winter, the price does not include the supply of wood necessary for heating. Keep in mind that you will find the accommodation very well heated and with the fireplace on! The approximate cost of wood is €10 per day. Guest access You will have full access to the house, private courtyard and terrace. Other things to note Another highlight of your stay in Molise is the food and wine. There are numerous restaurants that will delight you with excellent local cuisine, perhaps accompanied by a fantastic bottle of Tintilia, all at affordable prices, with warmth and conviviality.
