The Studio on 5th is a private studio apartment located adjacent to our home. It is 1 room/1 bath apartment with a private entrance, kitchenette, covered parking, Wifi, and Amazon Fire TV. The Studio is about 200 square feet. The bed is a comfortable Queen size bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, memory foam mattress, and quilt. Large luxurious towels, soaps, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, Keurig, microwave, basic dishes and silverware. As hosts we try to provided a cozy place to stay that we would be happy to host friends and family in. We aim to show true southern hospitality. The studio is a small 1 bedroom apartment and not usually suitable for more than 2 plus an infant or toddler. **Simple check in and check outs!** Your personalized code means there are no keys or direct contact needed by the host. There is NO check out list. Just close the door behind you. We are committed to offer you a fresh clean space. We are following AirBnB's guidelines to clean and sanitize the Studio between stays. This includes washing all linens, towels and blankets on the hottest setting, cleaning with CDC recommended cleaners and sanitizing frequently touched areas including light switches, door handles and the TV remote. We have a pack and play available for your youngest traveler. Please let us know if you will be using it so we can have it set up for you before you arrive. Guest access There is seating under the carport and a small table. It's perfect for drinking your morning coffee. We also have free HIGH SPEED Wi-Fi and the TV is logged in to stream Amazon Prime TV/movies. You can use your Netflix, Hulu or Disney+ account to stream other media through the TV. The TV does not have live channels, streaming only. Other things to note There is a small step up inside the apartment that could be tricky for guests with limited mobility. There is also a security camera viewing the area under the carport as seen in the photos.
