The space There are two steps up to get into the unit. Your room is the master suite, with an ensuite private bathroom, one of three bedrooms in a ground floor unit. Guests are responsible for their own meals. Oven, stove, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, toaster oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker are available for meal prep or warm up. There is a refrigerator (freezer included) for your use. The kitchen is being shared with two other possible Airbnb guests, therefore clean-up is MANDATORY each time you use it. This is not an "open house" so if you plan to invite friends, please let me know ahead of time so that I can inform other guests in the unit. This room accommodates two. There is no room for the necessary items for a small child. Late night arrivals and self-check-ins are fine. You are welcome to come and go as you please via the keyless entry. Its code will be provided before the time of your arrival. Free street parking works for most guests. If any spots are available, paid parking behind the building is available. $20/month open air and $30/month covered. During your stay Guests come and go on their own schedule. Two on-site hosts, Royel and Latisha, and Monty and I are available by Airbnb messaging [cell communication for emergencies only, please] for any questions or needs, but no one will hover. We do a welcome tour check-in and greet guests, helping them locate their personal storage areas and getting familiar with all that is available.
