Welcome to our Cranesville rental nestled in the pines and premiere farm land.We are just 15 min from Deep Creek Lake where there are restaurants and Summer & Winter activities.Our Country home borders Cranesville Swamp Nature conservancy and has 2 beautiful pond for catch and release fishing.There are cattle, sheep, horses, mules, ducks, and chickens for you to enjoy.Gather fresh eggs you will also see deer, turkey, birds, and an occasional bear.Firewood 5.00 a crate 10 pieces in a crate. Hide The space This home provides accommodations for 6 with 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa in sun room, 1 full bath that supplies towels, soaps and shampoos, a full kitchen with a table for two, a separate dinning room that seat 8 to 10, sun room with Flat Screen TV (Direct TV with Ultimate Package), sleeper sofa, love seat, and recliner to relax. The chickens are so much fun! They will greet you when you arrive and make you feel welcome. Take a nice morning walk to the chicken house to gather eggs for breakfast. The views of the farm land are soothing and refreshing. Kids enjoy helping me feed the animals and every chicken has a name by the end of their stay. Bring your fishing poles! We have 2 catch and release ponds with nice big bass, catfish, blue gill, frogs and tadpoles. We even see a turtle every now and then. Three pair of Canadian Geese come every Spring to lay there eggs and raise there goslings. Don't get to close they might send you running. A back yard fire pit is sure to be a place where memories are made, making smores and catching up with those who mean the most. Unwind and relax in the steamy hot tub after a day of fun and enjoy the peaceful views of our farm. Guest access Everything inside and around the home is available for guests. Other things to note Whispering Pines is the perfect spot to relax and breath in the Country air. We are 15 to 20 min away from Deep Creek Lake where there is boating, swimming, rafting, hiking, mini golf, horseback riding, skiing, ice skating, tubing. Take in the clean country air while soaking in the hot tub gazing at the stars. Relax in the evenings with the warm glow of a campfire to roast hot dogs and marshmallows and watch the kids enjoy the outdoors.
