Hello dear guest, Our property on the top/2nd floor is furnished for short-term stays: a separate unit for 10/12 guests. Sleeping is only on air mattresses in 3 rooms: The " SÜDSEE - RAUM " is a bedroom for 6 people with 2 double mattresses/ 2 single mattresses; The “WINTER GARDEN ROOM” is a sleeping area for 1–3 guests on 1 double mattress / 1 single mattress. The “NEW YORK ROOM” is a sleeping area for 4 people, on two double mattresses. Pizza microwave! Panorama The space - Easy friendly furnishings, Inflatable furniture to stay flexible, no comfort ;)) more to compare to a camping stay ;)) - small soup kitchen with new !! Pizza microwave D=26cm - top floor of a turn-of-the-century house - Antique staircase - expansive view over Aachen - to the center 1.7 km or 15 min. walk Air Mattress + Futon + Sleeping Bag + Inlet Alternatively: Disposable bed linens are available (for you to put on yourself ;-)). Or you can bring your own sleeping bag . . . Guest access You use the main entrance and go up to the 2nd floor through the antique staircase with stucco ceilings and gold mirror :)) is also nice ;-) Other things to note The top floor of the villa offers openness to the hallway, no hallway door, because these were bedrooms in a detached house at the beginning. You can choose : either 2 bedrooms and a recreation room, or 3 Bedrooms and stays in the hallway area. You can set up for yourself with the light furniture. Meals for everyone are to be prepared here with restriction or not at all, since too small, cold is ok. NEW : Pizza microwave with D = for 26cm - pizzas That's why we call the kitchen soup kitchen, soup always goes ;)) . . .
