The property is located on the upper floor of a semi-detached house (1st floor) in a quiet residential area. Nearby, a 5-minute walk away, there is a tram stop, a bakery, a supermarket and a pharmacy. The travel time by train to Kröpcke, (city center, with connection to various other lines) is 13 minutes and to the main train station 15 minutes. Lines 3 + 7 run here. During rush hour, the trains run every 4-6 minutes. The nearest S-Bahn connection can be reached in 6 minutes. The space We welcome trade fair as well as private guests to our property. There is one bedroom with a double bed 1.40 m. The second bedroom has two single beds. In addition, a bed can be set up from a folding mattress in the living room. Please see the photos. We have also had 5 guests. Guest access These are three rooms on the upper floor of a semi-detached house. A door to the staircase is available upstairs.
