Guest access Although multiple groups of guests may stay on the same day, they will have their own bedrooms, and will not share bathrooms with other guests. But the kitchen and bathroom might be shared with the host. During your stay We're living in this house, so if you have questions or anything you need, please let us know. Please understand tha it is not suitable for those who do not wish to be in contact with the hosts. Other things to note This is a Japanese-style residence built over 50 years ago, and you can enjoy a good old Japanese house and quiet neighborhood. It takes about 40 minutes from Niigata Station by train and on foot. There are not many restaurants within walking distance. Please understand that it is inconvenient if you do not have a car. If you want to enjoy the nightlife around Niigata Station, we recommend you to stay at a hotel near there.
