One full and one half bathroom. Outside of the kitchen features a fairly level yard with room for yard games and patio. Porch extends from the living room with a lake view. Stairs take you down to the lakeshore where a you will find a fire pit, seating, dock(during the summer season), with standing boards available for use. House trained dogs welcome. Guest access Entire home and boathouse. Garage & shed are not available for guest use. Other things to note Laundry facilities include washer and dryer. Kitchen contains floating island, fridge, freezer, electric stove, Kcup maker, microwave, some basic pots/pans, dishes, utensils and stock of paper plates/bowls/plastic disposable utensils. Charcoal grill with gas starter available for use as well. No food or condiments are stocked.
