All three bedrooms have a wardrobe, drawers, bookshelf and desk for you to use. The wireless wifi reaches all rooms. The living room is spacious with a large dining table (seats 10), sofa, TV, CD player, stereo, wifi, etc. The kitchen has a washer dryer, airer, electric oven and bobs, microwave, fridge-freezer, etc. The bathroom has a relaxing powerful shower over a good sized bath, etc. There is a designated parking place at the rear of the property suitable for one car. There are bike racks for bicycles. The communal garden is well kept and nicely landscaped and the property is adjacent to Harrison Park and the Union Canal along which there is a well maintained footpath / cycle path to the city centre (or along which you can reach the Pentland Hills in the opposite direction if you would rather!).
