Panoramic apartment in "Villa Le Vigne" Farmhouse overlooking an enchanting Tuscan landscape: between vineyards and sunflowers, close to small medieval villages and the most beautiful cities of art: Florence, Siena and Arezzo. One double bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen with dining table and private space outside. It can accommodate up to 2 people. Two swimming pools, private parking, bbq, AC, WIFI, TV. The Farmhouse produces wines and offers a cozy restaurant with typical Tuscan cuisine. The space Spacious 40 sqm apartment located in the Farmhouse "Villa Le Vigne" near the village of Montevarchi and convenient to the Valdarno exit on the A1 motorway. We are 40 km from Arezzo, 35 km from Siena and 55 km from Florence. The apartment is renovated and furnished with love and attention to details in Tuscan style and consists of one double bedroom (the bed can be double or divided in two single beds), one bathroom with shower and bidet, fully equipped kitchen with a dinind table. It can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people. The apartment also has aprivate space outside furnished with table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Guests also have access to a barbecue, private parking and two beautiful swimming pools. We are an organic Farm producing five excellent wines and quality oil. Here you can book your wine tasting and visit to the cellar. You will find sheets, towels, soap, hair dryer, TV, Wifi and Air conditioning. In the panoramic restaurant overlooking the vineyards of our Farmhouse you can book breakfast and dinner with Tuscan products and listen to good music. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment and the private space outside completely at their disposal. They will also have access to the 2 swimming pools and gardens shared with the other guests of the Farmhouse and to the parking area. At disposal of our guests: tasty breakfast, Restaurant with typical Tuscan cuisine, wine tasting (not included). Other things to note You can taste our delicious breakfast at an additional price (€ 8,00 per person) in a friendly and fun atmosphere. In the evening you can dine in our typical Tuscan restaurant indoors during the winter months and outdoors with a view of the vineyards during the summer at a price of € 28,00 per person drinks NOT included and listen to good music.
