The townhouse is situated in the bustling neighbourhood of St Kilda, adjacent to Windsor and St Kilda East. It boasts a north-facing aspect, ensuring abundant natural light throughout the year. We're just a brief 5-minute stroll away from the St Kilda Junction, which is a major public transport hub for trams and buses, and the Windsor end of Chapel Street, where you can indulge in a wide array of cafes, bars, and restaurants. The space The townhouse features lime washed floors and a spacious lounge area with three fully furnished bedrooms to guarantee a comfortable stay. The main bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, along with space for a portacot, while the second bedroom also provides a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom, which is noted as the study/retreat on the floor plan, features a single bed but no door. There are sheer curtains for added privacy. Note that the study/retreat does not have airconditioning. We provide complimentary breakfast provisions upon your arrival, including muesli, yoghurt, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, and a variety of teas. The property also features a small rear courtyard and a larger street-facing front yard that can accommodate off-street parking for one car. Guest access This private residence is available for both short and long-term stays, with complete access to the entire townhouse, without sharing the space with other guests or the host. Other things to note In case you're traveling with a baby or small child, we're happy to offer a highchair, baby bath, and portacot upon request.
