Our property is located in the picturesque village of Sunola in Almora. Ideal for family time, this is a home away from a home; located very close to Central school, Almora. Our studios are designed to enjoy the solitude and scenic beauty, especially, the play of colors during sunrise and sunset. Break out of the mold, think fresh- come and stay at the Little Bird Kunal's where sunshine is a faithful companion round the year and the view awakens the senses. The space 1. Studio Rooms with attached washrooms and well equipped Kitchen. 2 Single rooms (can accommodate 1 Person only) with attached Washroom. Kitchen access is not available with these rooms. 2 standard rooms can accommodate 2 people with attached Washroom. Kitchen is not available in these standard rooms. The car drives down to the lawn/parking of the property (a rarity in the hills). Bonfire, food, and housekeeping services are available on a chargeable basis. The entire property has been thoughtfully designed while ensuring all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. All the rooms have a Hi-speed Broadband connection. -Dining Area The common area in the property is segmented into the dining area with a dining table that can seat a total of 6 people. -Studio Room 004 The bedroom comes with a double bed comfortable for 2 people and an attached washroom. The room offers: -An attached washroom -Hot water supply -Study table with chair -Well equipped Kitchen -Television with Dish connectivity -Hi-Speed Broadband connection -Basic essentials and toiletries -Wooden storage cupboards -Side table -2 seater Sofa set with center table -Heater chargeable @ Rs 150 per night (during winters) All the Kitchens are well equipped with:- -Basic utensils -Refrigerator -Gas Stove -Kettle -Water purifier -Microwave Oven -Sandwich Maker Please note: 1. We have a washing machine at the property. Guests who stay more than 7 days can use it once in a week. (depending upon the availability) 2. We have in house kitchen and dining a d food is prepered a d served if you order it minimum 4 hours in advance. You can order food from nearby eateries also. 3. All essentials, be it grocers, chemists, petrol pump or even ATMs are in the range of 6 km. 4. Mall Road Almora is just 6 Kms from the Property. Offbeat, away from the crowd, and extremely peaceful - that's how we resonate with Little Bird Kunal's Homestay. The laudable hospitality, culture, local villages, and just about everything here will make you want to come back again and again! Guest access The property is located on an area of 100000 sq ft and surrounded by green vegetation. Guests can use it for morning walk and other purposes. Other things to note Drinking alcohol and smoking in common area is not allowed. No party or noise after 10 pm in summer and 9 pm in winter. Washing of clothes are not allowed except undergarments. Guest who stays more than 7 days washing machine is provided, once in a week, to laund their clothes. Off course this service is chargeable during the months of April, May and June as water scarcity is there. Nominal laundry charges depending upon size of clothes. kindly note that for longer statys exceeding 7 days discounted rates are applied so electricity and lpg usage are charged at Rs 7.50 per unit and Rs 120 per kg respectively. During winters ,guest who needs heat blowers, are provided it @ Rs 100 per day per heater as lot of electricity is consumed. Free laundary machine can be used by guests who stay more than 7 days. Dish washing detergent and cloth washing material will not be provided.Cost of wood/ pellets or charcoal for barbeque and bonefire is payable. Water filling charges for kids pool are chargeable.
