Spacious, bright apartment on the outskirts (basement)

My accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets). To get to the center of Graz, it takes 8 minutes to the bus and thus 13 minutes to the center. By car, it is a 10-minute drive to the center. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen with living and dining area, bedroom, small bathroom with shower, toilet and anteroom. It's in the converted basement area. Guest access The entire apartment is just for our guests. Other things to note Per night and person, 1.50 overnight accommodation tax is payable on site. Children to the age of 15 are free.
