The space The pavilion offers all the comforts of a cozy contemporary home. The calm, the warmth of the pellet stove, the rustling of the wind in the branches of the forest, everything contributes to rediscovering serenity. The southwest-facing terrace invites you to languidly extend summer days. The pavilion was built with eco-friendly materials. A multi-level grating leads to its entrance. The surrounding forest is a mine of playful creativity. Big and small children will find something to satisfy their needs for inventions. Very detailed walking sheets, with practical advice, are available. They allow you to travel very easily and peacefully, the many trails offered by the surrounding forest. Cycling enthusiasts are not left out: most forest roads are accessible to mountain bikes and the nearby RaVel joins the center of Spa and the surrounding villages. These pedestrian or bicycle circuits are marked and regularly restored. DESCRIPTION For 4 people, the cottage has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a bathroom (large shower), a separate toilet, a living room composed of a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with TV, Wi-Fi connection, board games and library. Heating is provided by a pellet stove. Large windows open onto a large wooden terrace. A carport is located at the entrance to the property. The total interior area of the cottage is 45 m2 and its terrace is 16 m2. THE REGION - The cottage is located 2.5 km from the center of Spa and 6.5 km from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. The city of Spa offers an innumerable variety of leisure activities: thermal baths, Francofolies, theater, museums, exhibitions, flea market on Sunday mornings, not to mention the famous car circuit...
