On the top floor, and a whopping 60m2, this impressive master bedroom has a bright, welcoming vibe. Furnished with fitted wardrobes, oak flooring, ensuite shower room, kingsize bed and air-conditioning. It also has a lounge area adjacent to the bedroom. This floor is ideal for families with young children as the lounge area adjoins the bedroom area via a short corridor. The house benefits with fibre optic internet, fibre optic - enough speed for your whole family. The house is located in one of the most fashionable streets of Pollensa. As a novelty since 2019 we are energetically sustainable, we have hired electric services companies that only use solar panels to obtain energy, in this way we help the planet.
