Discover the "Au Bord de L'Eau" cottage, a haven of peace nestled in the heart of Provence, close to the majestic Gorges du Verdon, in the charming village of Aups. The accommodation is independent, located within a secure private property including our house and a second accommodation. Everyone enjoys real privacy while enjoying a pleasant shared setting. The swimming pool, garden and petanque court are common areas, perfect for enjoying friendly moments. The space Designed to accommodate 2 guests, this 36 m² air-conditioned cottage offers: • a cozy living room, • a fully equipped kitchen, • a modular bedroom with a bed double 160 cm or two single beds, • a shower room with WC Outside, enjoy a private shaded terrace for your quiet breakfasts or sweet evenings in Provence. A covered parking space is reserved for you, with the possibility of 22 kW charging for electric or hybrid vehicles (additional charge). To enhance your stay, we offer à la carte services: breakfasts, gourmet aperitif platters, homemade pizzas and sale of our artisanal olive oil. Subject to availability and 24 hours' advance booking. A sports and fitness area is also available to guests for the duration of their stay. Practical information: - Preferred weekly rental in July and August. - Possibility to rent both cottages for a stay with friends, subject to availability. - The accommodation is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Other things to note Aups, the capital of truffles and pearls of the Haut-Var, will seduce you with its authentic character and warm atmosphere. The village offers two Provençal markets each week (Wednesday and Saturday) featuring local artisans. In summer, a night market also animates the center every Thursday evening. And of course: the Gorges du Verdon, one of the most beautiful natural sites in France, just a few minutes away.
