HOOTS BY THE BAY - DOG FRIENDLY

Welcome to the cutest little house ever! Our goal is to make you as comfortable as we can, yet we promise not to bother you during your stay. Your pups are welcome. There is a small pet fee and we ask, "Please include pets in your reservation." This is a very quiet neighborhood where you may want to go for a walk, visit the park or even better, check out the many exciting happenings going on all around you! Our house is right next door and across the street from our house is Seabreeze Park. The space We love this little house. It’s cozy comfortable and should have everything you need. A keyless entry is fantastic for late arrivals. The large covered deck is perfectly set up for a nice hot cup of coffee in the morning and/or a refreshing drink in the evening. You are near lots of really great restaurants, theaters, shopping centers, and fun. The guest binder is loaded with lots of ideas and websites. There is a full size washer and dryer in the house for you to use. We also have a Graco Pack ‘n Play and Graco Highchair upon request. For your safety and comfort, we have installed a CleanTool Air Purifier. We do have a small fee for dogs. This helps cover extra cleaning. Please remember when selecting this house that it is a DOG-friendly Airbnb, so if you arrive and find a few hairs, realize this is inevitable even with the best cleaning services. Also, please be considerate of future pet guests and check and rid pets of fleas prior to arrival. WE WELCOME CORPORATE AND PLANT WORKERS. Guest access The house is yours for the time you have booked. You may pull through the fence and park in the designated space. There is additional parking on the outside of the fence for your use. Other things to note I've added several maps at the end of the photos for this Airbnb that will give you an idea of proximity to many places asked about. Also, bring your fishing poles as you can fish at Seabreeze park, but the pier is temporarily closed for repairs due to hurricane damage. Please note that licenses are required for ages 17 and older and may be purchased right up the street at Lynda’s Bait and Tackle - Sylvan Beach. Grubhub will deliver to this address.
